Happy Sunday!
I have missed being on my blog! I hope to be back on this space regularly and also start my YouTube channel back up.
It has taken me almost all day just to get on my blog. I did a video of an Ulta Haul I wanted to share with you guys, but editing in the boonies (where I live now) is a little impossible. I'm looking into internet service. Its just all so complicated and I'm not used to dealing with that. So, for now I will use my Hotspot on my iPhone.

This weekend we stayed around home and went into the city a couple of nights. Billy had to work so we just hung around town. Goldsboro is a fun place to be. They have spent a lot of time hosting events for the public to get to know Downtown again. Vendor events, shows, and live bands. That's what we did Thursday night. I met Billy at the Laughing Owl for dinner, that place never disappoints. Then we walked down the HUB where Goldsboro is hosting a summer concert series; Center St. Jam. The Band of Oz was playing and were Fabulous. So very good. It was a huge crowd, with food trucks and microbreweries. I love it because you are putting your money back into the community and supporting your local businesses.
Friday we went Market on Mulberry. It was a small event closing off part of Mulberry St. in Goldsboro for local artisans and crafters. Although, there was one artsian that sold permanent jewelry. I have looking into it. I seen it on Instagram and was curious. So, when I noticed the tent I just had to stop. Billy talked me into get a bracelet, I absolutely love it. I will definetly get more. Piedmont Connections was the name of the vendor. They are from Greensboro NC and came all the way to sell their wares and support Goldsboro. I hope they will be back, they were super nice.

We went to the nail salon for pedis and manis Saturday. The Vailhouse was the place to dine. And did we get the food. Billy had fried oysters and grilled flounder that looked incredible and tasted just as good. I had Chargrilled oysters on the half shell with a baked potato and side salad.

Now we are going to fire up the grill and throw some pork chops on. Its been an amazing weekend home. I love going to the lake to spend time there, but I love to stay home, especially my new home, relax and spend some time doing things both Billy and I love to do.
I will update you all on the Ulta haul as soon as I get the video edited. It got a few good buys and just a couple of misses. There will also be a try on with some dresses I got at the lake from a bouquite there. They are similar to Lily Pulitzer.
Monday is coming, have a good week!
