Thankful Thursday

Hi ladies! I hope you all had a wonderful day. It is feeling a little like spring around here and my soul is just embracing it! We had had some many dark, gloomy rainy days. So ready for the sunshine!

Today I wanted to give a little update on my husband Terry. He has been home two weeks tomorrow. Terry was admitted to Rex Heart & Vascular Hospital in February with VTach. (Ventricular tachycardia) It is when the heart beats really fast; his was over 200 beats per minute. To make a long story short, this is coming from an old heart attack. The doctor implanted an ICD to help Terry regulate his heart. Terry has a long way to heal, but God is so faithful!

I just don’t know how some people live without God. I admit I was scared at times in the hospital with Terry. It’s hard to see someone you love lay in the hospital and we feel like there isn’t anything we can do. See that’s where we are wrong. I PRAYED. I PRAYED A LOT!!

I called on people to pray with me. That’s why I say you have to surround yourself with people who pray and pray regularly. People that encourage you and lift you up. Stay in the Word. Remember the things God has done in the past. He still is in the miracle working business.

So on this Thankful Thursday, I am so thankful for prayer Warriors that come along side of you to pray and believe with you.
