Hey Ladies! I hope you all had a good day. It was a busy one for me at work, but I guess that is just the way it is.
Today on the blog I'm sharing just a few things short and sweet. I recently got back into working out. With Terry in the hospital for a few weeks and trying to find, yet again a new normal. Working out kind of took a back seat. I notice one day last week that I was a little stiffer in my knees than usual. I thought to myself, well that's it I have to get back at it. So I did. Yes, I was sore. Yes, I walked a little slower and moved with a some caution. But...BUT I feel better.
Our bodies are just like anything else we use. They get use to movement; whether its running, walking, weight lifting. For me its strength/core and Pilates/yoga mix. What I'm trying to say is our bodies get using to moving and when they are still its like anything else that isn't moving. Its stiff and hard to move. So what ever or how ever you choose to move, JUST MOVE.
My workout wear is not a lot of colors. I choose the standard black and non print materials. Although the out fit I have on is does have a print. Its from Victoria Secret and I have had it a while. I don't think the top is even available anymore. The leggings I have on are the Total Knockout (click here)legging. They are on sale now for $35 and have over 60 colors. Sizes 2 to 16. So there is something for everyone. These also fit TTS. They are so comfortable and do not pinch or grab. I love them!
That's all I have for today. Thanks for stopping by and visiting. As always, I appreciate you all. Remember to subscribe to the blog so you don't miss a post. Also you can visit my website https://dawnweeks03.wixsite.com/website. My social media and LimeLife site are there as well.
Have a great week!
PS Forgive the mess in my bedroom. This is real life, lol!
Blessings,
Dawn
