Happy July

Hello July!!

This year is flying by! The Fourth is this Sunday! Do any of you have plans? It is different from last year, praise the Lord! We will actually get to see some fireworks in person. I’m so excited!

Today I wanted to drop in and share with you all a prayer plan I am following the 31 days of July. I am following one by Beth Moore & anyone who knows me knows that I adore Beth Moore. Basically, what the plan consists of is 31 days of prayer in the gospels; Matthew, John, Mark and Luke. One chapter a day of one of the gospels and finish up with a chapter out of the book of Acts to finish out the 31 days. Beth also suggests to pray for a country along with our own prayers.

I honestly believe this is a great way to stay in the Word this summer. What better way to pray than pray the words of God back to Him. Our faith walk has to have knowing the Word, without them both it’s not effective. They go hand in hand. Faith and the Word, we have to have both to do this ole life.
