Change of Plans

Its Sunday again friends!

I hope everyone had a great weekend. Mine definetly did not go as planned. Life is like that though. Always changing

I have to admit that I have been in a "funk" for a few months. Some of it is due to peri menopause, some stress from work and others; well lets just say I have done to myself. Usually, when this happens I bounce right back but, Lord, it is taking me a while this time. I honestly think its because I have put my workouts and spiritual health to the side. Somehow, somewhere I have lost that part of myself. BUT, I'M NOT STAYING THERE!!! I have recognize the problem and as much as I don't want to let it go, in the end its not good for me and I will have to LET IT GO. So, I commiting (as in writing it down in my calendar) to my physical, mental and spiritual health. I am still old school, I writed things down.

I said all that to say it is OK to be "all in your feelings". It's NOT OK to stay there. Surround yourself with a few; as in a couple of good girlfriends. Remember not everyone is your friend. Some like to be "reporters". Have a good cry or several, a good glass of wine or sparkling water and make a plan. It doesn't have to be perfect and can be revisied. Just start! Get up, get dressed and get going. I'm preaching to myself too!!!

Changing the subject......

I mentioned in my blog last week that I ordered somethings from the Amazon Prime Day, they are supposed to be here Monday. I will share those pieces with you along with a super cute outfit I bought a few weeks ago from local boutique. And....

I'm using a new skincare line. Its Pomifera, If you are familiar with Pomifera Oil you know this is quality stuff. I love to use oils. My skin has always been in good shape. My aesthetician noticed my last visit that she asked if I changed anything in my skincare regiment. She was impressed.
